Mr. Hegarty has asked us to pass on his sincere thanks for the donations of shoes and runners for the pupils of his school in Zambia. Thanks to your generosity the boys and girls are all, for the first time, able to come to school wearing shoes. Hard to believe but it’s true. Thanks again. Incidentally, the numbers in Mr. Hegarty’s school (called “Sables”) have gone up from thirty to seventy since he arrived.
